Slots reset quarterly
Project slots refresh every quarter. Unused slots expire, which keeps your price low and our bench ready.
90-day pilot
Start with a 90-day pilot. After that it’s month-to-month. Stay because it works, not because of a contract.
Costs less than the PM fee you already bill.
MSPs commonly add a 10–30% project-management fee to project work.1 Landed handles that work for a fixed monthly price, so the fee you bill can cover what you pay us.
And you only pay for project management when you have projects. No idle project staff between jobs, which is the reason the industry’s average project margin fell from 23% to 12.9% in a single year.2

Questions MSP owners ask.
Do you do the technical work?
No, and that’s deliberate. Your engineers do the hands-on work they’re good at. We own the plan, the schedule, client communication, vendor coordination and risk. That’s the part that usually falls on the owner.
What counts as a “project”?
Anything with a defined outcome, a start and an end: a migration, a security rollout, a compliance readiness effort, a client onboarding. Every project is scored at intake so you know which slot it uses before it starts.
What if a project turns out bigger than scored?
We re-score at milestones. If a project grows into a new category, you choose: use a different slot, trim scope, or cover the difference at $110 an hour. Nothing is billed without your approval.
Will my clients know you’re a third party?
Only if you want them to. We work inside your PSA under your brand, and the weekly status portal is white-labeled.
Which PSAs do you work with?
ConnectWise and Autotask today. If you use something else, tell us at intake and we’ll confirm before you commit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move up or down at the start of any quarter.
